Morrisville Borough Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a distinct blue sedan tied to two separate catalytic converter thefts on North Pennsylvania Avenue.

Police are actively searching for the vehicle, which was caught on camera near the crime scenes. According to investigators, the car was involved in two separate thefts on the unit block of N. Pennsylvania Avenue.

Police describe the suspect vehicle as an electric blue sedan—possibly a Honda Accord—featuring noticeable white wheels. Investigators also noted that the vehicle has distinct, visible paint fading on the roof and several other areas, which could help it stand out to residents.

Catalytic converter thefts in Bucks County decreased  after the dismantling of a multi-million-dollar organized criminal enterprise that specialized in stealing the highly valued device that contains precious metals.

The takedown of the theft ring led to six suspects entering guilty pleas on theft related charges.

Lower Bucks County based police departments over the last six weeks or have been reporting  a noticeable uptick of catalytic converter thefts.

Anyone with information on the vehicle please contact the Morrisville Police Department – 215-295-8112 Ext 131.
