Morrisville Police Reports Nov 29 to Dec 9, 2024 

Arrest/Public Drunkenness – 11/29/24 @ 04:43 – Jeffrey Giles, age 64, was cited for an incident that occurred on the 200 block of Plaza Boulevard.

Theft from Motor Vehicle – 11/30/24 @ 11:15 – Parent reports her child’s Chromebook and bookbag were stolen overnight from a vehicle on the unit block of N. Delmorr Avenue. Value:  $300.00

Criminal Mischief to Motor Vehicle – 11/30/24 @ 16:14 – Report of a windshield damaged on a vehicle on the 500 block of Prospect Avenue.  Value:  $400.00

Fraud – 12/02/24 @ 13:00 – Victim reported that he wired $13,300 to purchase a Catapillar Skid Steer Loader through Facebook Market Place.  When the delivery did not occur on 11/03/24, he tried contacting the company and there was no response.

Fraud – 12/03/24 @ 14:16 – Victim reports contacting an online company to fix his computer issues.  The company had the victim download a bunch of apps then was instructed to purchase $500.00 in Apple Gift Cards and send a photo of the cards.  He realized that it shouldn’t have cost this much and did not send the cards information.

Attempted Theft from Motor Vehicle – 12/04/24 @ 05:24 – Victim reports seeing two males going through their vehicle on the 300 block of Moreau Street.  One male fled on a bicycle and the other on foot leaving his bicycle behind.   Nothing was stolen.

Arrest/Warrant – 12/04/24 @ 10:37 – Shawn Chamberlain, age 67, turned himself into Police Headquarters on a warrant for an incident that occurred on 11/25/24.  He was processed and released on an unsecured bail of $5,.000.00

Warrant – 12/04/24 @ 11:30 – A Warrant has been issued for Breon Wilson, age 28, for incidents that occurred on 12/01/24 and 12/02/24 at an apartment complex on the 400 block of Plaza Boulevard.

Arrest/Trespassing on Property – 12/04/24 @ 14:18 – John Bargery, age 57, will be cited for an incident that occurred on the 600 block of Taft Avenue.

Arrest/Warrant – 12/04/24 @ 14:42 – Michael Muniz, age 52, was arrested outside of the Giant Food Store for a warrant from Bucks County Probation.  He was processed and released to the Bucks County Sheriffs.

Arrest/Aggravated Assault/Other Charges – 12/06/24 @ 01:28 – Jajuan Holmes, age 29, was arrested for an incident that occurred at an apartment on the 400 block of Plaza Boulevard.  He was processed and released on unsecured bail of $25,000.00

Theft from Motor Vehicle – 12/06/24 @ 06:45 – Report of two female North Face jackets and gloves, Harley sunglasses, and a large makeup bag containing $1,500.00 worth of makeup stolen from a vehicle overnight on the 300 block of Crown Street. Value:  $2,250.00

Theft from Motor Vehicle – 12/06/24 @ 10:58 – Report of a wallet stolen from a vehicle overnight on the unit block of N. Pennsylvania Avenue.  Value:  $25.00

Warrant/PCIS Violation – 12/06/24 – A Warrant has been issued for Benedict Ubiles, age 42, for attempting to purchase a firearm from Mega Pawn Shop on 03/04/23.

Theft from Motor Vehicle – 12/07/24 @ 11:13 – Report of cash, registration and insurance cards were stolen from a vehicle overnight on the 200 block of E. Maple Avenue.  Value:  $205.00

Retail Theft – 12/08/24 @ 18:04 – Report of four vape boxes stolen from the First Stop Tobacco Shop on the 600 block of Crown Street.  Value:  $160.00

Retail Theft – 12/08/24 @ 18:47 – Report of vape cigarettes and two drinks stolen from the Triple One Smoke Shop on the 100 block of E. Trenton Avenue.  Value:  $358.00 Arrest/Public

Drunkenness/Disorderly Conduct/Harassment – 12/08/24 @ 19:40 – Jeston Carter, age 35, was cited for an incident at the Giant Food Store. Created Dec 11th, 2024 @ 12:20 PM
