Morrisville Borough Police Reports May 19 to May 26, 2026 

Arrest/Agg. Assault-05/19/26 @1735-Hunter Nutt, age 28, was arrested for an incident that occurred in the 300 block of Plaza Blvd. Nutt was arraigned and sent to BCP in lieu of $500,000.00 10%.

Theft-05/21/26 @2025-Victim reported theft of tools from his storage garage located at the Pennsbury Court Apts. The victim noticed approximately $1100.00 worth of tools missing.

Theft from Vehicle-05/22/26 @1020- The victim reported $800.00 worth of tools were taken from his work truck located on the 100 block of Moreau St.

Theft of Packages-05/22/26 @2015-The victim reported receiving multiple packages she ordered in the unit block of Park Ave., and when she went to retrieve the packages, they were missing. It was discovered that an unknown individual rode up and grabbed the packages and rode away.

DUI/Arrest-05/22/26 @1932- Jose Sanchez, age 43, was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI where a passing motorist called in a male who is “dipping out” behind the wheel of a running vehicle in the middle of La Villa parking lot. He was processed and released pending a summons.

Fire-05/22/26 @0401-Large fire set at Williamson Park. Engine 98 had to call in additional fire stations to help put the fire out.

Theft-05/23/26 @1600-Police are investigating a theft of a credit card and $795.00 of purchases made since 5/8/26 on the stolen credit card.

Cited/Harassment-05/24/26 @1209-Michael S. Livingston, age 32, will receive a citation for harassment for an ongoing issue in the 500 block of Rosemarr Dr.

Bike Theft-5/25/26 @1246- Victim reported a three-wheeler pedal bike stolen from the bed of his truck located at the until block of Dieter Ave. Total loss is $150.00.
