Morrisville Police say Darian Rapp, called 911 four times falsely accusing her “roommates” with assault while they were investigating a complaint one of the room mates called in.

According to police, officers were called to the 400 block of Prospect Avenue for an unwanted subject report on January 12.

The complainant ( a man) told police, Rapp, a 43- year old woman, with no fixed address, was in his residence and did not have permission to be on the premises, according to court records

Rapp told police, court records show, she lived in the domicile producing a letter she had received from the complainant stating she could return to the address upon her release from Bucks County Prison in November of 2019

Police told the man had to seek relief through the courts by filing an eviction notice with the court, police records say.
Meanwhile, Rapp called 911 “four times” to report the man and another person, were assaulting her.

Rapp, according to the probable cause affidavit, accused the two men of grabbing her hair, forcing her face down to the ground, threatening her with a shotgun and assaulting her.

Authorities were on scene with video cameras on, while Rapp was on the phone with 911 making the calls, interviewing the two men she was accusing her harming her.

Police wrote in court documents,that both men,were outside the residence at the time of Rapp’s calls to 911, never entering the same space she occupied once.

Morrisville Police entered the residence to advise Rapp she was under arrest for making the false accusations. Rapp resisted officers attempts to handcuff her, succumbing shortly thereafter and taken into police custody.

Rapp is scheduled to appear before District Justice, Corryn L. Kronnagel on January 21.

She was sent to Bucks County Correctional on 10 percent of $25,000 bail.

Additionally Rapp has an open case at the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. In that case, she was arrested for resisting, reckless endangerment defiant trespass and related offenses by Morrisville Police in November of last year.

Rapp is scheduled for a trial in April in Doylestown on that case.
