Newtown Twp. Police Reports: Fraud at TD Bank, Man with Warrant from State Police Arrested and More

Newtown Twp. Police Reports – March 28 2025 – April 3, 2025

3/28/25 –  At approximately 1:45 am police conducted a traffic stop on a Lexus sedan operator for committing a vehicle code violation in the area of Whisper Wood Court and Jericho Valley Drive. As a result of the investigation, suspected narcotics and drug paraphernalia were discovered and seized as evidence. Charges are pending.

3/30/25 – At approximately 3:30 pm police conducted a traffic stop on a Jeep Grand Cherokee operator for committing a vehicle code violation in the area of Worthington Mill Road in Wrightstown Township. As a result of the investigation, the operator was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant from the Pennsylvania State Police and transferred without incident.

4/2/25 – At approximately 1:45 am police conducted a traffic stop on a Chevrolet Traverse operator for committing a vehicle code violation in the area of the Newtown Bypass and Newtown Langhorne Road. As a result of the investigation, suspected narcotics and drug paraphernalia were discovered and seized as evidence. Charges are pending for both the operator and the passenger.

4/3/25 – At approximately 4:30 pm police were dispatched to the TD Bank on West Road for the report of a male subject fraudulently trying to obtain funds with a fake ID. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
