12/7/25
At approximately 8:30 pm police were dispatched to a Newtown Township residence for the reported theft of dirt bikes. The incident is under investigation.
12/9/25
At approximately 10:15 am police received the report of a bicycle theft that occurred the week prior. The total value of loss was $400.
12/10/25
At approximately 12:30 pm police conducted a traffic stop on a Honda Civic operator for committing a vehicle code violation in the area of the Newtown Bypass and Penns Trail. Upon contact with the operator, the officer detected the odor of marijuana. The operator was unable to perform field sobriety tests satisfactorily and was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence. Charges are pending blood evidence results.
12/11/25
At approximately 10:15 am police were dispatched to a Newtown Township business for a burglary alarm activation. Police discovered that the alarm activation was false, but did make contact with a subject who had a warrant from the East Pikeland Township Police Department. The subject was taken into custody and transferred without incident.
12/13/25
At approximately 4:15 pm police were dispatched to an abandoned building in Newtown Township for the report of trespassers. As a result of the investigation, police made contact with 3 male subjects, who were cited for trespassing.
12/14/25
At approximately 2:00 am police conducted a traffic stop on a Chevy Impala operator for committing a vehicle code violation in the area of Lower Silver Lake Road and the Newtown Bypass. As a result of the investigation, suspected narcotics and drug paraphernalia were discovered and seized as evidence. Charges are pending.

At approximately 1:30 am police conducted a traffic stop on a Jeep SUV operator for committing a vehicle code violation in the area of Lower Silver Lake Road and the Newtown Bypass. As a result of the investigation, the passenger was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant from the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department and transferred without incident.
At approximately 8:45 am police were dispatched to a Newtown Township residence for the report of a wanted subject. As a result of the investigation, the subject was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant from the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department and transferred without incident.
At approximately 3:00 pm police were contacted regarding the reported theft of hunting accessories. The incident is under investigation.
At approximately 5:30 pm police were dispatched to CVS Pharmacy for the report of a retail theft. The incident is under investigation.

At approximately 3:15 am police conducted a traffic stop on a Hyundai SUV operator for committing a vehicle code violation in the area of the 600 Block of Danbury Court. As a result of the investigation, the passenger was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant from the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department and transferred without incident.

At approximately 11:00 pm police conducted a traffic stop on a Tesla operator for committing a vehicle code violation in the area of Mill Pond Road and Hidden Valley Lane. Upon contact with the operator, the officer detected the odor of alcohol. The operator was unable to perform field sobriety tests satisfactorily and was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence. Charges are pending blood evidence results.

At approximately 9:00 pm police were dispatched to a Newtown Township residence for the report of a package theft. The total value of loss was $25.

At approximately 12:45 pm police were dispatched to a Newtown Township residence for the report of a package theft. The total value of loss was $50.
