1/10/26
At approximately 10:45 pm police conducted a traffic stop on a Chevrolet SUV operator for committing a vehicle code violation in the area of the Newtown Bypass and Richboro Road. Upon contact with the operator, the officer detected the odor of alcohol. The operator was unable to perform field sobriety tests satisfactorily and was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence. Charges are pending blood evidence results.

1/11/26
At approximately 2:30 am police conducted a traffic stop on a Chevrolet pick-up truck operator for committing a vehicle code violation in the area of the Newtown Bypass and Buck Road. Upon contact with the operator, the officer detected the odor of alcohol. The operator was unable to perform field sobriety tests satisfactorily and was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence. Charges are pending blood evidence results.

1/14/26
At approximately 10:15 am police received the report of theft of a mailed check from the Newtown Post Office. The complainant was able to stop payment on the check before it was cashed, and there was not any financial loss.

At approximately 11:30 pm police conducted a traffic stop on a Jeep operator for committing a vehicle code violation in the area of the Newtown Bypass and Newtown Langhorne Road. Upon contact with the operator, the officer detected the odor of alcohol. The operator was unable to perform field sobriety tests satisfactorily and was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence. Charges are pending blood evidence results.
