Cops: 2 Warrant Arrests during Eviction Procedure

Penndel Borough Police made two warrant arrests recently during an eviction proceeding

On January 6th, an officer went to assist Constables with an eviction notice.

Upon arrival, Officers found 2 people in the apartment who were trespassing and weren’t on the lease of the apartment.

One subject gave the name of Kimberly Mayger, 48 the other Guy Fesko, Jr 35 of Levittown

A computer check found that both were wanted by the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office.

Mayger and Fesko were  arrested and transported to police headquarters to await the arrival of the Sheriffs.

Fesko has two misdemeanor drug convictions from 2018 in which he is currently under county supervision for, according to court documents.

Mayger also of Levittown had summary violations for disorderly conduct in which she pleaded guilty in 2019, according to court records.
