Fire Damages Warehouse Recycling Facility in Falls

A fire that ripped through the roof of a recycling facility Friday night brought out a number of Lower Bucks Fire Companies.
Fire crews were dispatched to Britton Industries 1 E-M-Y Lane just after 6:30 p.m. as plumes of smoke filled the skies in the Morrsiville section of Falls Township.
Falls Fire officials said first arriving companies were met with heavy flames on the inside of the warehouse and said the fire was brought under control about one hour later.

Nine mutual aid companies assisted in knocking the fire back; Levittown Fire Company #1
No injuries were reported by officials on scene.
