New Jersey Man Charged for Defying Bucks Court Order, Also Charged for Threats, Harassment

   Brian Hirsch was told by Chief hypocrite Joe Kelly of the Yardley Borough selective enforcement agency, (A family man with daughters himself.) That “you have 3 days to turn in your guns.” That statement is contrary to PA law in which it must be sold or turned in within 24 hours in which Mr Hirsch complied. (Mr Hirsch has chief hypocrite Kelly on video saying this) So it seems that Chief hypocrite Kelly does not know the laws he supposedly enforces.

   Chief hypocrite Kelly also enjoys “special rights”, in which while in uniform, he left Yardley PA and personally swore in his son as a police officer in NJ in a special ceremony, according to an online article. Yet Chief hypocrite Kelly has not helped Mr Hirsch nor any of his family for the past 9 years during attempted custody exchanges that were COURT ORDERED in which Shannan McGinniss of Yardley PA refused custody exchanges. (Mr Hirsch has 132 attempted Court ordered custody exchanges on video) In clear violation of PACS 2904, (Interference of a custody order) a felony, third degree. Yet the Bucks County District Attorneys office stated in writing to Mr Hirsch that it “lacks prosecutorial merit”. So therefore average citizens like Mr Hirsch do not get to even visit their children as a result.

   In 2019 The Governor of Pennsylvania signed Act 79 into effect. It states that a firearm may be sold legally to an FFL. (aka a gun store). Under NJ law. A consignment sale is also “binding” in that a separate purchase permit must be presented and is ONLY issued by a NJ based police department. Without a pistol permit, the firearm cannot be “sold back” to the seller. Therefore Mr Hirsch IS in compliance with the law. Under the 1968 Federal gun control act, Mr Hirsch is also in compliance by legally selling his firearm in his home state of NJ.

   There is NO evidence of terroristic threats made by Mr Hirsch. Another bullshit charge made up by the Yardley Borough selective enforcement agency. As well as the “add on” bullshit charge of harassment with no evidence. Of course, Yardley selective enforcer Sgt. William Golden lied repeatedly on the stand in the Morrisville Magistrate court, in order to get the charges sent up to the Bucks Cty Court of Common Pleas. And the transcripts prove it!

   Mr Hirsch provided his lawyers contact information to the Yardley selective enforcement agency as a courtesy. It seems that many Yardley officers have “room temperature IQ’s” if they are incapable of dialing a telephone or answering an email correctly with contact information.

   One would think that Chief hypocrite Kelly and his selective enforcers, many of whom are Fathers themselves would enforce PACS 2904, which is Interference of a custody order. But they do not. And 20 million parents like myself have been “erased” from our children’s lives as a result. In fact ALL 50 states have similar statutes. The Yardley Borough selective enforcers and the “do nothing” DA’s office could enforce the law. And children in Bucks County would have a relationship with BOTH their parents. Instead only cops, DA’s and judges in Bucks County enjoy meaningful relationships with their children.
   Florida Gov. Ron Desantis signed into law 50/50 custody laws in Florida. The next year domestic violence dropped -46% according to NPO, National Parents Organization. There IS a direct correlation between custody and domestic violence. Maybe Pennsylvania will “come out of the dark ages” and join the other 7 states that have 50/50 custody laws, and also enforce existing custody orders equally. Instead they “trump up charges” against a good parent and destroy lives by their arrogance.
   ERASINGFAMILY.ORG is a documentary film about the 20-40 million American children who have been “erased” from their parents lives. The long term implications on children because of the current state of affairs from selective enforcers to dim wit, do nothing district attorney offices, are severe and long lasting on kids. America can do much better. America has to do better. Maybe defunding the Yardley Borough selective enforcement agency is a meaningful start. And maybe this online rag paper will look into getting enforcement of PACS 2904 Interference of a custody order and why the District attorneys office refuses to do so.

       Yes I am Mr Hirsch and I signed my name but you act as if you don’t know what is going on. Your article already has my attorney s name. Maybe you should get your facts straight before publishing incorrect information. Or better yet watch a 3 minute video from Erasingfamily.org and see how the Yardley Borough selective enforcement agency facilitates destruction of child parent relationships by non enforcement of PACS 2904, felony 3rd degree then incorrectly calls themselves “heroes”.
