Nearby: Not So Lucky Day for Man Wanted by Lower Southampton Police

Stefon Luckey was most likely did not know there was an active arrest warrant in the system for him filed by Lower Southampton Police late last year with three felony counts for forgery related offenses. His good fortune ran out on June 26, 2025.  After he caught jumping by SEPTA Police for alleged turnstile jumping for transportation, in Philadelphia.

Luckey was turned over to Lower Southampton authorities where he was transported to Bensalem Township where on-call District Judge Daniel Baranoski video arraigned him setting bail as unsecured.

According to LSHPD, on November 18, 2024 at 3:27 p.m.  officers responded to the Citizens Bank branch located inside of the Acme store at 105 East Street Road for the report of a fraud. Luckey of Philadelphia allegedly attempted to pass a forged check in the amount of $2,064. Bank employees contacted the payer of the check to confirm its authenticity. While doing this, Luckey fled the bank and was unable to be located.

Through investigation Luckey was identified. He was wanted on the charges of forgery, attempted access device fraud, attempted theft by deception, and receiving stolen property, according to his arrest warrant.

Luckey was released on unsecured bail of $5,000.00 and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 16 to answer said charges.
