Bucks County authorities announced  a burglary suspect from Wisconsin is now in the hands of local law enforcement.

With the assistance of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, Theron A. Brusch, was arrested in Wisconsin on Tuesday May 13th, 2025. Brusch was video arraigned and bail was denied as he was  was remanded Bucks County Correctional Facility.

According to Lower Southampton Township Police, officers Cold Stone Creamery in Feasterville, for the report of an overnight business burglary. Following an investigation 49-year-old Theron A. Brusch III of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin was identified as one of the involved individuals.The Lower Southampton Police Department issued an Arrest Warrant for Brusch.

Brusch III also has an active arrest warrant in New Jersey authorities said.
