Morrisville Borough introduced its new librarian, Sandra Cronce, at its last Council meeting earlier this month.
Cronce, meanwhile, has 20 years of librarian experience, most recently serving as director at the Willingboro Public Library, for the last five years.
Morrisville approved her hiring last month, but did not make her name public.
Cronce said she plans to become very involved in the community by attending upcoming community events
“I’m just very happy to be here,” Cronce said about the new position,
Meanwhile Council approved additional funding of just under $9,900 for flooring at the library, located at 300 N. Pennsylvania Ave.
Basement painting and flooring will proceed before main-floor remodeling, engineer Jacob Rigg, of Gilmore & Associates, said.
