GIANT’S Brand Salsa Recalled Due to Salmonella Concerns

If Giant brand Salsa is part of your shopping list and or planned offerings for the Memorial Day holiday you’ll have to make due as the supermarket retailer  is recalling the product after being alerted by its supplier of possible salmonella contamination.

The recall includes the following products:

• GIANT’S Hot Salsa, 16 oz., UPC 68826703195, all lots/all codes
• GIANT’S Mild Salsa, 16 oz., UPC 68826703252 or UPC 007663751137, all lots/all codes

Customers who purchased an impacted product should discard it and contact Customer Service for a full refund. If a customer feels they are experiencing illness as a result of a product they consumed, they should contact their health care provider.
