Bensalem held it’s annual Fall Festival on Oct. 4, 2025 at the Bensalem Township Municipal Complex.

The event had much to offer for residents of Bensalem to do, with a ton of food trucks to choose to eat from, a petting zoo, Snow White and Spiderman meet and greet, and even concerts. Playing at the even were “The Little Mermen”, a Disney tribute band, and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer and founding member of the Cars Greg Hawkes with Eddie Japan.

Ending the event was a firework display that took place that night.

Bensalem’s Department of Public Safety was also present, with safety equipment displays. Bensalem PD had K-9 demonstration and a motor patrol demonstration.

During the opening ceremony, Bensalem Mayor Joseph DiGirolamo presented the community pride award to Al Gougler, the President of the ETC , for everything he’s done for the Bensalem community. During his acceptance speech, Gougler thanked everyone for coming out to the Bensalem Fall event.

“I want to thank everyone for coming out and supporting Bensalem Township, because without you guys supporting us, we would have nothing.”

Residents of Bensalem Township chimed in on why they liked the Fall Festival. Mark Costantimi said the event was nice for getting some fresh air and seeing all the displays.

Mike Rapko said it’s great for families and the event brings everyone together.

“Bensalem does a great job having this every year. I’d love to stay for fireworks and the concerts, but the Phillies are on tonight.”

Mayor DiGirolamo told Lower Bucks Source that the township has been doing the event for 34 years, and loves to see it get bigger and bigger each year.

“It’s a community event, there’s a lot to come out and see, police, firefighters, and fireworks.”

Director of Public Safety William McVey said the event was another opportunity for police and fire to interact with the community.
