The Warminster Soccer Club will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a food drive and fundraiser benefiting the Warminster Food Bank during its Warminster Soccer Club Day on Saturday, September 20, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Munro Community Park in Warminster.

Up to 500 athletes and their families are expected to attend this event, which will local food trucks, moon bounce and other attractions. Items collected will help provide monthly groceries and supplies for families in need in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
“We are using our 50th anniversary to support our community members with a food drive. So, the choice to help the Warminster Food Bank was an easy one to make,” said Brenna Goodman, Director of Projects for Warminster Soccer Club. “The food bank provides an important service to our neighbors, families and friends and is a valuable community resource.”
“We are grateful that Warminster Soccer Club is marking their 50th anniversary with a food drive and fundraiser on our behalf,” said Mike Cerino, Director, Warminster Food Bank. “Our guests depend on us each month to help with their food needs and it is food drives like this that help us to provide the support that our guests need. We hope the members of the Warminster Soccer Club and the Warminster community will rally together for this food drive and make donations of non-perishable food items to help their neighbors.”
