The Bensalem Public Works department announced the long-awaited Lean To Building is complete and ready for use, although some finishing touches are left to complete.
A Lean To is a type of structure with a “pitched roof” open on one side that offers excellent resistance against rainfall and helps in reducing the cost of waterproofing materials that are used in roofs to provide protection against water infiltration and aids in quick discarding of water. Erecting this type of building is cost effective as opposed to the price tag of new construction costs, officials explained.
