Bridge Repair Scheduled Saturday on Section of Interstate 95 South in Philadelphia

If you happen to be planning to drive into Philadelphia Saturday you might want to consider traveling a different route than using I-95.

PennDOT announced today that bridge repair is scheduled Saturday on a section of I-95 south in Philadelphia.

Drivers are advised of the following travel restriction:

• Saturday, August 29, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, lane closures will be in place on the two left lanes of I-95 south between Route 63 (Woodhaven Road) and Academy Road.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
