Chick- fil- A in Bensalem to Undergo Renovations, adding Drive-Thur

-Bensalem Township Council approved planning for renovations to the Chick-fil -A on 3621 Horizon Blvd earlier ths this week. These plans include adding a second drive way, expanding the building, and adding more seating areas to to the dining area for customers.

Chick- fil- A representative Michael Meginniss stated the company talked about variations of the expansion a year ago at a Zoning Board meeting.

Adding another drive- thru window is also part of the project.

A potential hold up was resolved about who would pay for the needed for the sidewalk work that would need to be completed at the site,

Eventually the two parties came to an agreement  deciding the developer would cover the cost of building a sidewalk for the Chick- fil- A- renovation. Once that was settled, the motion to allow Chick- fil- A to expand was passed unanimously.
