Developer Seeks Input on Tenant Mix for Bensalem Project on Bristol Pike

A man working with Bristol Road Commons Associates, LLC who is developing the property in the area of 700 Bristol Pike in a social media posting is asking for input on what other types of businesses should set up shop at the site in Bensalem Township.

Michael Craig Winters said the Bristol Road Commons project has already leased to a 12,000 sq ft to physical therapy company and another 2,000 sq. ft. to an ice cream shop.

“We still have multiple units available (between 2,000 and 2,450 square feet)”, he said.

For those that live in that part of Bensalem, Winters asks, what would you like to see as a tenant mix?

Winters is a Assistant Controller with Bensalem-based BSI Construction, LLC

The project received preliminary and final land development approval from Bensalem officials in September of 2024.  In close proximity to neighboring Bristol Township  the vacant lot sitting  in-between a storage facility and a smoke shop, according to township records and a short drive away from other main moritist arterials which will boost the prospects of businesses seeking new sites/space to open operations from.
