Employees, Live Music Scene Dealt Crippling Blow with Sudden Closings Monday in Bensalem & Philly

Staff members, local bands and the Lower Bucks live music scene were dealt serious blows Monday with the sudden and shocking closings of two music sites, that cooked up eats, which also dealt crippling blows to an untold number of employees 35 days before Christmas and Hanukah.

Nicks Roast Beef of Woodhaven and Dockside Bensalem closed operations without warning on Monday. The announcement spread like a brush fire rocking the live music community to the core, stunning employees from each of the restaurant-music venues, sparking outrage among dozens of employees who have to find ways and means to support themselves.

No one could say the exact reasons for the closings of the music venues in  Philadelphia and Bensalem. Tipsters and commenters stunned by the announcement said the same person owns both locations, however that information has yet confirmed.

Bensalem-based Broken Goblet Brewing which offers top line music acts with the Phoenix Sports Club  in Trevose are trying their best to ease the pain for the newly unemployed .
