Ladies beware, 36-year-old Eduardo Hernandez from Warrington, doesn’t take breaking up well at all.
According to Warrington Township Police, officers responded to the 1100 block of Thomas Road for the report of a criminal mischief incident on December 4.
Upon arrival, the victim reported that her ex-boyfriend, Hernandez, had entered her apartment while she was not home and trashed the place.
The extensive damage inside the residence, included approximately 25 holes in the walls and ceiling, multiple cuts to the couch, a smashed glass globe, a smashed china cabinet, and two destroyed wall-mounted televisions, police said.
The victim obtained an estimate for the damage, totaling just under $12,000.00, according to court records.
A warrant was subsequently issued for Hernandez’s arrest.
On December 9, 2025, officers responded to a separate location where Hernandez was staying. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the station for processing.
District Judge Stacy Wertman, arraigned Hernandez, setting bail at $50,000.00 or 10% cash. He was unable to post bail and was remanded the Bucks County Correctional Facility with a court date pending scheduled for Dec 22 on a single felony count of criminal mischief.
