Warminster Police are searching for a missing teen who left a local facility on Saturday afternoon.

Police were dispatched to the Valley Youth House just after 4:30 pm in response to the report.

Investigators say Jayme Medina-Diaz 17, walked off the youth facilities property and did not return.  Medina -Diaz does not speak much English and thus communicating with him could be challenging.

The teen male was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with black writing, blue jeans and white sneakers, wearing large Beats style headphones.

Policed say the missing teen may be from the Stroudsburg, PA area.

Median-Dias was entered into NCIC as a missing juvenile. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Jayme Medina-Diaz, please call the police immediately at 215-672-1000. Or you can submit a confidential tip at this link
