The Salute 2 Service organization thanks and pays tribute to Bucks County United States Military Veterans (prior to 1991) by hosting a Tour of Honor ride to transport the Veterans from Parx Casino® East to Washington, DC.
The event kicks off at 4:30 a.m. with coffee and donuts at check-in this Monday, April 7th. from the casino located at 2999 Street Road in Bensalem. A law enforcement escort will accompany the tour while Veterans visit memorials and sites that convey the principles of the United States of America.
The Veterans, according to the itinerary, will stop at Arlington National Cemetery, World War II Memorial, Korean War Memorial, and Vietnam Memorial Wall. The journey concludes at the casino with a “Welcome Home” celebration and dinner hosted by Parx Casino.®
The Bucks County Tour of Honor is an all-expenses paid trip for the veteran and is an experience you will forever treasure, said Salute 2 Service officials.
