Bensalem Man Wanted for Soliciting Nude Photos, Sex Acts from 13 Year-Old, Jailed

Bucks County authorities say Lawrence W. Kramer was arrested by by the Lower Southampton Township Police Department on Thursday.

Kramer was arraigned by District Judge Daniel Baranoski on the listed charges His bail was set at 10 percent of $150,000.00. He was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility to await his day in court.

A Bensalem man with a lengthy arrest and conviction history who agreed to turn himself for sending inappropriate messages to a 13 year-old girl through a social media platform, is  being sought by Lower Southampton authorities.

According to Police on November 10th 2023, Lower Southampton Police received a report of a 13-year-old girl being sent inappropriate messages on Facebook messenger.  Investigators obtained copies of the messages, and through investigation identified the suspect as 65-year-old Lawrence W. Kramer of Bensalem PA, who messaged the girl, soliciting nude photos and sexual acts.

Kramer initially cooperated with the Detectives however he has since refused to turn himself in after being notified of a warrant for his arrest, police say.

Kramer has an arrest history dating back to before reporters (1984) could locate and disseminate public records information  online. He has DUI , drug possession, and breaking and entering convictions to name a few, over his criminal career.
