The Warminster Township Police Department is pleased to announce the hiring of Officer Jonathan Trego and the promotion of Officer Nathan Voytko to Detective, demonstrating its commitment to serving the community with excellence, emphasizing its focus on growth and community impact.
Voytko graduated from Quakertown High School, then Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. He joined the Warminster Twp. Police Department in 2008, attended the Montgomery County Police Academy, and has since served the community with unwavering dedication for 17 years. Over the years, he has held leadership roles, including Field Training Officer and contributing to the Department’s accreditation program. He lives locally with his wife, Jeanette, and their three children
Trego graduated from Daniel Boone High School in June 2024 and joined the Army National Guard as a Combat Engineer in August 2024. He completed his training in March 2025, showing great discipline and dedication. In October 2025, he began his education at the Temple Police Academy, graduating in March 2026 marking another significant step in his law enforcement career. He is looking forward to selflessly serving the Warminster community.
