Borough Fall Leaf Pick-Up Program Begins Thursday

With Fall officially here and leaves in various hues of brown falling to the ground the annual Bristol Borough Fall Leaf Pick-Up effort launches Thursday. November 10.

Leaves and yard waste will be picked up in brown paper biodegradable bags or open top containers every Thursday for five  weeks, beginning tomorrow and ending December 8, say Borough officials.

Please note November 24th is a Holiday, officials said and pickups will be on Saturday, November 26.

No plastic bags will be accepted, officials said adding that it’s unlawful for residents to rake leaves into the streets per local ordinance 724.
