An 18-year-old Levittown man has been charged with rape and related offenses following an investigation by Tullytown Borough Police and Bucks County Detectives.
Isaiah “Zay” Oliver, 18, has been charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person less than 16 years of age, sexual assault aggravated indecent assault on a person less than 16 years old, statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors, and indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old, according to the criminal complaint.
Court records indicate that Oliver, as well as a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl, were present at the Tullytown residence when an alleged sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl took place in January, according to the affidavit.
Oliver solicited sex from both girls, but they declined, police said.
The next day, Oliver asked the 13-year-old girl to watch a movie with him before pushing his fingers down her pants. He kept going despite the girl demanding he stop, police said.
After allegedly raping her, Oliver told her he would “get his gun from his home and kill her” if she said anything. He then forced her to perform oral sex on him, the probable cause alleges.
The next day, Oliver sent the victim a message through a social media app seeking an explicit picture of the girl, court records allege.
Investigators took several items into evidence after the report of an alleged rape and sexual assault.
The Pennsylvania State Police crime lab tested items taken into evidence and found Oliver’s DNA on the 13-year-old girl’s underwear, court records show.
Oliver denied any sexual contact and said in a subsequent interview with authorities, the girl asked him for sex, according to court records.
District Judge Terry Hughes preliminarily arraigned Oliver last week on 10 percent $250,000.00 bail. He is scheduled to appear for a court hearing on September 24 and was remanded to Buck County Correctional Facility.
Oliver currently has two open cases for unrelated violations at the Bucks County Court of Pleas.
