Dollar Tree at the 5-Points intersect in Levittown opened its doors to customers Friday morning.

In November Dollar Tree, Inc. took over the former site of Rite Aide on the 6900 block of New Falls Road.

Dollar Tree earned its place in the minds and budgets of customers when it first launched for everything priced at a $1.00.  That slightly changed during the COVID pandemic when the company announced logistical issues as a contributing factor for the slight price increase on merchandise.

A store retail associate confirmed last Thursday, the store would open to the public Friday.

In November work crews were on hand to shape-shift the store’s look as electrical work was being performed inside.

Finishing touches were performed in recent weeks as truck deliveries delivered merchandise to be stocked by customer associates.
