NAACP Bucks County is excited to invite the public to their annual Freedom Fund Banquet — a night to celebrate the people and organizations who strengthen the community. This year, NAACP will also honor an outstanding union member whose commitment to justice, fairness, and service exemplifies the powerful impact of union involvement, said NAACP Bucks County.

The banquet is the primary fundraiser of the year, and the support is critical to sustaining our work. Proceeds make possible initiatives such as protecting voting rights, safeguarding inclusive education, advancing public safety reforms, empowering civic engagement, and awarding annual scholarships to deserving high school seniors, according to the organization’s spokesperson.

NAACP Bucks County  invites the public to the fundraiser by purchasing tickets*; donating to our Branch; becoming a sponsor; or advertising in the organization’s Souvenir Journal. Sponsors will be recognized throughout the evening for their generosity and partnership. The deadline for advertising and sponsorships is Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

Officials said, “Please join us for an unforgettable event and thank you for helping us continue this important work — we look forward to celebrating with you!” The event is on Saturday, October 18, 2025 – 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. at PARX Casino Racing – 2999 Street Rd in Bensalem.

**Tickets can be purchased for $125 each now through October 10th. After October 10th, individual tickets will be $135 each. There is also full tables of eight or ten available at a discounted rate.
