Nifty Fifty’s of Fairless Hills had a remarkable first day, drawing in a steady stream of customers even without a grand opening announcement.

The excitement for the establishment’s opening day grew over the weeks as people shared their anticipation on Facebook.

Finally, the day arrived and the community did not disappoint. The restaurant held a soft launch for family and friends on Saturday October 4, with some lucky locals placing orders. On Sunday, October 5, at 11 a.m., the doors were declared open to the public.

Meeting with the owner, Ron, he said he did not announce the opening because he believed it would be overly crowded. Even without making an announcement, the 1950s-inspired atmosphere, thick milkshakes, and freshly pressed burgers kept the restaurant bustling all day and into the evening. On Monday afternoon, the steady stream of visitors continued, with some enjoying the atmosphere and food on-site, while others choosing take-out.
