The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force recently arrested a man wanted by Warwick Township Police Department on charges of drug delivery resulting in death and related offenses.

Joseph Vicenty, 39, Philadelphia, was arrested on March 27 at approximately 12 p.m. by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Philadelphia.

A 36-year-old man was found deceased on August 2, 2024, in the 1900 block of Heather Circle in Jamison, Warwick Twp.

Vicenty’s warrant was issued on March 24, 2026 and the Marshals Fugitive Task Force was asked to assist. After conducting surveillance at a home in the 3200 block of Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia, Vicenty was arrested without incident. He was then transported to Warrington Twp Police Headquarters for processing.

“Those who are charged with the distribution of deadly controlled substances will be held accountable. We will continue to support our Bucks County partners in pursuing fugitives responsible for drug-related deaths,” Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Robert Clark said.

Vicenty was sent to the Bucks County Correctional Center in lieu of $1 million bail.
