Xfinity Announces Network Upgrade Work in Lower Makefield Twp

Xfinity is planning upgrade work in Lower Makefield Township over the next couple of months  the company announced earlier this week.

“Xfinity is always working to enhance their customer’s experience, and here in Lower Makefield, they will be making some improvements to support faster speeds, greater Internet capacity and the continuing enhancement of other services,” officials said.

The improvements are to support faster speeds, greater Internet capacity and the continuing enhancement of other services, an XFinity spokesperson said.

Some of the work may result in brief interruption to services which will result in a temporary loss of Internet, TV and the ability to make or receive calls with Xfinity Voice service including calls to 911. XFINITY Internet customers can stay connected with Xfinity WiFi.  To find local Xfinity WiFi hotspots, visit wifi.xfinity.com or download the Xfinity WiFi app.

The company says work is scheduled to take place on the following streets:

An official work start date was not included in the release.
