PennDOT announced resurfacing operations to continue next week on roads in Bensalem, Bristol and Falls Townships
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Sunday, October 5, through Saturday, October 11, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., the following morning, a lane closure with flagging will be in place on sections of U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike) between Poquessing Creek and Route 63 (Woodhaven Road) in Bensalem Township for pavement repair.
- Sunday, October 5, through Saturday, October 11, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning, a lane closure with flagging will be in place on sections of Knights Road between Route 132 (Street Road) and Poquessing Creek in Bensalem township for pavement repair.
- Monday, October 6, through Friday, October 10, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 7 p.m.to 5 a.m., the following morning, a lane closure with flagging will be in place on sections of Penn Valley Road/Hood Boulevard between Old Bristol Pike and Oxford Valley Road in Bristol and Falls townships for milling, paving, and utility construction.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
