PennDOT announced the ramp from the Betsy Ross Bridge to northbound I-95 has reopened in Northeast Philadelphia following emergency bridge repair.
This ramp, and the ramp from Aramingo Avenue to northbound I-95, were closed on Monday, October 20, following expansion joint failure. The Aramingo ramp to northbound I-95 reopened earlier Tuesday following repair.

The ramp from Aramingo Avenue to northbound I-95 has reopened in Northeast Philadelphia following emergency bridge repair. The ramp from the Betsy Ross Bridge to northbound I-95 remains closed for repair.
During the closure, Betsy Ross Bridge motorists can use Richmond Street or Aramingo Avenue to access northbound I-95.

PennDOT announced that emergency bridge repair will continue to safely reopen two northbound I-95 ramps in Northeast Philadelphia that were closed earlier on Monday, October 20 2025, following expansion joint failure.
Motorists are advised that the following two ramps will be closed until the repair work is completed:
During the closure, Aramingo Avenue motorists can use the Castor Avenue ramp or Bridge Street ramp to access northbound I-95. Betsy Ross Bridge motorists can use Richmond Street or Aramingo Avenue.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas because significant backups and delays will occur.
