Services for Unclaimed Levittown Area Veterans to be Held Later This Month

The community is invited to join the Bucks County Coroner’s Office at the Unaccompanied Veterans Service at Washington Crossing National Cemetery. The ceremony will be held at 830 Highland Road, Newtown PA, 18940 on Thursday, April 30th, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The Coroner’s Office will be interring two unclaimed veterans.

  • Robert E. Kaiser, U.S. Army (SP4), (Vietnam Era), from Middletown Township
  •  Christopher S. Widmann, U.S. Marine Corps (PVT), (Vietnam Era), from Falls Township

During the ceremony, the veterans’ names will be read, and the Pennsylvania Military Honors team will present the flag on behalf of the veterans. A rifle salute and live Taps will be provided. After the ceremony, the veterans will be placed in their own niche in the columbarium.
