Presto Co Land Development Deal Approved by Council, 50 Jobs to be Created

Earlier this week the Bensalem township council approved consideration of a land development deal for the Presto Tape Company’s second location. 

The deal involves the property located at 1766 Winchester Road. 

Presto operates out of Bridgewater Road location currently.  

The company is a family-owned company first established in 1991, and manufactures specialty tapes, surface protection films, and digital print media.

Company President Rich Speeney went before the council to give council members a little bit of inside in the business, along with their mission statement. 

According to the company’s website they have deep-rooted values and a mission to innovate, excel, and give back. 

The company also showed the council a short video about what they do to give back to not only their employees, but to the world, with the company giving money to a charity known as “We Learn4Life”, which supplies students and teachers in Haiti with the stuff they need for school. The company also gives Philadelphia Eagles season tickets to their families. 

Council approved the land development and thanked Speeney for all his hard work.

The new building is expected to create 50 new jobs officials said. .
