Bristol Twp Council Land Development Deal with Eyes on “Moving Forward Creating New Jobs”

Earlier this week the Bristol Township Council approved the land development waiver request of a business real estate developer with the plan bringing in new jobs. 

The Alliance Partners HSP LLC waiver request for approval  for an expansion project was approved by council in a 5-0 vote for the property formerly occupied by Solid Wood Cabinets at 6300 Bristol Pike in Levittown. 

The property spans a little more than 9.9 acres with a 144,000 sq foot warehouse to be used for distribution which correlates to national logistics company as a potential tenant. 

A spokesperson for Allied Partners said the plan is to make make a significant expenditure for comprehensive renovation of the building and structure which includes reconfiguring the parking lot and creating improved accessibility through constructing a new access drive for the building. 

We’re very excited about this opportunity. We view it as prime real estate in the township. We think our efforts will go a long ways towards rehabilitating this area and we’re confident we’ll create a number of good paying jobs said attorney for the applicant Mike  Meginniss of Bagley, Carlin & Mandio.

I’m really happy to see we can keep land development to keep moving forward in the township creating new jobs,” said Council President Craig Bowen prior the council approving the resolution unanimously.”  

No work or changes will be made to the existing building Meginniss said.

No timetable for when the work was to begin or be completed was discussed.

Alliance Partners HSP LLC, according to its website, Since its inception in 2009, Alliance has acquired over 9 million square feet of commercial real estate.  After implementing its value creation plan for each property, Alliance will choose to hold or sell each property on a case-by-case basis.
