Falls Supervisors Reappoint Chair, Vice Chair

The Falls Township Board of Supervisors held its annual reorganization meeting Monday evening.

The board unanimously appointed Jeff Dence as chairman for his sixth consecutive year and Erin Mullen for her second year as vice chair of the five-member board.

“I want to thank the board for their confidence in me again as chair,” Dence said. “I look forward to 2025.”

Brian Galloway will continue to serve as secretary/treasurer and Township Manager Matthew Takita will continue as assistant secretary/treasurer.

The Falls Supervisors reappointed Michael Clarke or law firm Clarke Gallagher Barbiero Amuso & Glassman Law as township solicitor; Jones Engineering Associates as township engineer; and Remington &; Vernick Engineers as its traffic engineers.

The board appointed Bidlingmaier & Bidlingmaier as its conflict counsel; Campbell Durant as labor counsel; Flager and Associates as zoning and development counsel; and Dave Truelove of Hill Wallack as code appeals counsel.

The board appointed former Falls Supervisor Jeff Rocco as the vacancy board chairman.

In terms of public meetings, the Falls Supervisors will continue to meet on the fourth Monday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Middletown Township municipal building, 3 Municipal Way, Langhorne, while construction continues on the township’s municipal building. The board also voted to continue holding a public meeting at 5:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month at the township’s temporary municipal building, 450 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills.
