Doylestown, PA, January 20, 2026: Robin Robinson is back as the Bucks County  Recorder of Deeds and ready to continue projects she started during her previous term.

One of those projects was the FREE Bucks County Fraud Alert System. Since its launch in  2019 the office has continued to sign up Bucks County residents for this vital service. During  Robinson’s time outside the office an addition to the Fraud Alert System was made. This was  the option for residents to sign up using, not only their name, but their property tax parcel number  too. This was something Robinson had pushed for in her previous tenure as Bucks County  Recorder of Deeds.

Robinson said, “You hear about services such as Home Title Lock and LifeLock Home Title  Protection on a daily basis. While these are legitimate services, and may provide more than just  property protection, our service is FREE to our residents and is solely for their biggest asset,  their property.”

The Bucks County FREE Fraud Alert System is run by the office’s recording vendor, Landex.  The system is easy to sign up for, if anyone would like to sign up for this service, please visit the click here to sign up You can also call the office for  assistance.
