Bucks County Recorder of Deeds Now Offering Satellite Office Hours at the Upper & Lower Bucks Government Centers.

Bucks County Recorder of Deeds, Robin Robinson, will have satellite office hours twice a  month, for Notary Public swear-ins and Fraud Alert sign up.

Robin Robinson is excited to be offering satellite office hours starting in March at the Upper & Lower Bucks Government Centers. The reasoning  behind these hours is to make it easier for new or renewing notaries public, not local to  Doylestown, to be sworn in and record their bond, oath, and signature card with the office.

Notaries public wishing to utilize the satellite office hours are asked to make an appointment  prior to coming in, as we must have a specific form for each individual printed prior.

These hours  will be as follows:

“The ability to provide office hours outside of the Bucks County Administration Building in  Doylestown is something I really felt was essential, specifically for our notaries. I’m excited that  we have the capability to provide this service,” says Robin Robinson.

Also, during the satellite office hours staff will be on hand to help residents sign up for the  Bucks County FREE Fraud Alert System. This system is run by the office’s recording vendor,  Landex. If anyone would like to sign up for this service, you can do so on the Fraud Alert website  at https://www.landex.com/recordalert/?county=bucks, or call the office for assistance.

To sign up for the Fraud Alert System or make Notary Public appointments at the satellite  offices please call the Bucks County Recorder of Deeds office at 215-348-6209.
