NWS: Snow Expected to Blanket Lower Bucks

Forecasters at the National Weather Service have issued a winter weather advisory beginning Thursday night 10 pm  and running into Friday 10 pm  with snow predicted for much of the area.

The weather service says it is  expecting widespread 2-4″ of snow with some localized higher amounts of 4-6 inches  possible near or south of the I-95 corridor. This snow is expected to impact the Friday morning commute in Lower Bucks County

Beginning Thursday night a  slight chance of rain and snow before 9pm, then snow. Low around 28. Calm wind becoming north around 5 mph after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent the weather service says

Forecasters say road conditions are expected to be hazardous at times, and will impact motorist travel.
