PennDOT: Resurfacing Planned at Night on I-295 in Middletown Twp

PennDOT announced starting Monday, milling and paving operations will occur at night on I-295 in Middletown Twp/

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:

  • Monday, November 4, and Tuesday, November 5, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.  the following morning, a single lane closure will be in place on westbound I-295 approaching U.S. 1.
  • Wednesday, November 6, through Friday, November 8, from from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning, a single lane closure will be in place on eastbound I-295 approaching U.S. 1.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
