The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced this week that various activities are scheduled in Bucks County.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Monday, April 1, through Wednesday, April 3, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for pipe replacements. Trevose Avenue will be closed between Route 532 (Bustleton Avenue) and Route 132 (Street Road) in Southampton and Bensalem townships. During the closer, motorists are directed to use Route 132 (Street Road), Philmont Avenue, and Route 532 (Bustleton Avenue). Local access will be maintained.
- Monday, April 1, through Friday, April 5, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for stormwater replacement. A lane closure is scheduled on Route 332 (Jacksonville Road) between Route 132 (Street Road) and Steamboat Drive in Warminster Township. Local access will be maintained.
- Effective since Sunday, March 24, and continuing through Sunday, June 2, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning – a lane closure is scheduled Sundays through Fridays on I-95 in both directions between U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike) and Oxford Valley Road. Work hours also include 4 p.m. Saturdays to 12 p.m. Sundays in April and from 6 p.m. Saturdays to 11 a.m. Sundays in May.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas because backups and delays will occur.
All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
