PennDOT: Lane Closure on County Line Road in Upper Bucks/Montgomery Counties

PennDOT announced curb work is planned on County Line Road in Upper Southampton, Bucks County, and Lower Moreland, Montgomery County, under a $14.9 million project to upgrade stormwater management facilities on more than 90 state highways across the five-county Philadelphia region.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:

• Monday, October 14, through Friday, October 18, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., a lane closure is scheduled on County Line Road between Princeton Road and Route 232 (Second Street Pike/Huntington Pike).

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.

Highway Materials, Inc. of Flourtown, Montgomery County, is the general contractor on this project, which is financed with 100 percent state funds.
