SEPTA announced Friday it will be resuming regular schedules on most routes beginning this weekend.
Regular schedules will resume on bus routes, trolleys, the Market Frankford, Broad Street and Norristown High Speed Lines beginning Sunday, May 17 and Monday, May 18.
The current “Lifeline Service Schedule” in effect is providing limited service on all modes of public transportation and will be discontinued as the regular timetable goes into effect beginning tomorrow.
SEPTA says social distancing should continue to be practiced when waiting to board and travel on a SEPTA route. Capacity limits remain in place as follows. Customers are strongly urged to wear a face mask or face covering when riding
- 40 ft Bus – 20 customers
- Articulated Bus – 30 customers
- Routes 204 and LUCY Gold/LUCY Green maximum 10 customers
- Trolley 25 customers
- Norristown High Speed Line 30 customers
SEPTA strongly recommends limiting travel to essential trips.
