What’s Closed on Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples’ Day

Next Monday is Columbus Day/Indigenous People’s’ Day and a number of  governmental organizations  will be closed for the holiday here is what we currently know will not be open that day.

The schools that are closed, according to their calendars, for the holiday include Bristol Borough School District, Holy Family Regional (Levittown), St Mark’s School (Bristol), Valley Day School (Morrisville)

All Bucks County Free Libraries  Bucks County Government, local municipalities and court offices are closed.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that all driver license and photo centers will be closed for three days, Saturday through Monday, in observance of the holiday -October 12 through October 14 and reopen on Tuesday, October 15.

Customers may still obtain a variety of driver and vehicle products and services, including all forms, publications, and driver training manuals, online through PennDOT’s Driver and Vehicle Services website. Online services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, said officials.

Various local businesses will remain open check with them to see open/closed information.
