The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that stormwater improvements are planned next week on Route 213.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:

  • Monday, May 13, through late June, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., a weekday lane closure is scheduled in both directions on Route 213 (Old Lincoln Highway/Maple Avenue) between Woodbourne Road and Wheeler Way in Middletown Township, Bucks County for stormwater replacement.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.

Highway Materials, Inc. of Flourtown, Montgomery County, is the general contractor on this project, which is financed with 100 percent state funds.
