PennDOT: Maintenance Activities – Route 32 (River Road)

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that maintenance activities are scheduled on Route 32 (River Road) in Bucks County.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:

  • Thursday, May 9, and Friday, May 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, Route 32 (River Road) will be closed between Bridgeton Hill Road and Dark Hollow Road in Bridgeton and Tinicum townships for guiderail installation. During the closure, motorists are directed to use Dark Hollow Road, Route 413 (Old Easton Road), Route 611 (Easton Road), and Marienstein Road/Bridgeton Hill Road.

Local access will be maintained. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
