Fairless Hills Man Caught Huffing Computer Keyboard Cleaner behind Dumpster in Tullytown, Cops Say

A 39 year-old Fairless Hills man laying behind a Sherwin Williams dumpster on a Saturday afternoon recently in Tullytown Borough to huff air duster chemicals, according to police.

On Saturday September 6, 2025 at approximately 12:46 p.m., Tullytown Borough Police were patrolling behind Sherwin Williams store located on North Kenwood Drive when police noticed a bike and  a subject behind the trash dumpster. The man , was laying on his back with a blue and white can of air duster in his hands as police approached, officers wrote in court papers. 

He appeared to be confused and his pupils were pin point. He got up with an unsteady gait and began to walk away, police said.

An officer grabbed the man  by his blue jacket and placed him on the ground. He was taken into custody by police. The Levittown Fairless-Hills Rescue Squad was called and arrived on scene. The suspect  refused medical attention and signed the refusal form, said police

He  was charged with  two misdemeanor summons for  inhaling toxic substances and possession of a noxious substance for inhalation.

He is due in court on October 7 to answer to said charges.
